Classic Family

A group of 6 of us booked a dinner bed and breakfast package for 2 nights. Everything was excellent - comfy beds in spotlessly clean rooms. Food experience was superb - I honestly don't believe that I've had a better cooked breafast anywhere. Could we give particular mention of Evangeline, Breeze and Chloe in the restaurant who gave such attentive service.

What a lovely hotel with great facilities, good customer service and we were chosen as the guest of the day! We received a room upgrade and 2 free drinks! The beds were very comfortable, room was clean, nice spa facilities and great food! Definitly value for money and would come back!

Bonus was an excellent meal served by a delightful lady, Evangeline. Excellent, very helpful staff throughout our comfortable stay.

The Rooms at The Ashford International Hotel was lovely. What was especially nice was having dinner in the restaurant our server Sophia was really attentive and professional. I would give Sophia 5 stars, a job really well done to Sophia.

A delicious meal, beautifully presented. The menu selection offers a good range of choices. There was a lovely, relaxed and comfortable vibe in the restaurant with professional and friendly service from a great team; in particular, a cheerful welcome and great table service from Evangeline. Thanks for a lovely evening everyone!

We had a lovely evening here for my mum's birthday ⭐ the Staff Evangeline , Chloe and Dan were excellent! Funny and great service. thank you !

Had a meal in the restaurant and had 2 waitresses serving us. One, - Chloe has said she was new but done a fantastic job not only with us but from what we over heard of her serving family’s with children as well, she was fantastic, And Evangeline was attentive and polite throughout. Both are a credit to the restaurant team and gave fantastic customer service!

Lovely hotel, perfect place for a wedding anniversary break. Food was excellent. Special mention for Evangeline, our server, who was attentive and helpful. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the awful coffee served at breakfast!

Perfect relaxing weekend getaway with my friends! The spa was relaxing, the rooms are clean and cool, the food was amazing and a special thanks to our lovely server Breeze who ensured we had a wonderful evening and also catered to our halal requirements.

A friend and I booked in overnight to treat ourselves. We used Woucher. The twin room was very good, although some dust found. We used the swimming pool which was small, but not too busy. Not enough private changing areas for me. However, the hotel staff were friendly and so helpful. The food was very good - cream tea on arrival - and in the rrstaurant in the evening. The service was very good throughout. We choose the buffet breakfast which was ok but I would do table service from the menu if visiting again. Exceptional staff include Sophia in the restaurant and Nikita at the bar - both made our stay delightful - thank you!

Restaurant excellent especially waitress staff Breeze and Evangeline who looked after us superbly nothing was to much trouble.

Hotel was quite good Room was clean and decent size Pool and sauna where good and the food better than expected from a corporate hotel happily recommend and would stay again

We came today for my hen do.. lovely day, happy with treatments and afternoon tea.. BIG shout out to HARRY down at the spa reception area.. my mum had left sentimental necklaces in her robe when given back. HARRY.. did everything in his power to try and look and find the necklaces.. no hesitation! He did this before even knowing the sentimental value After searching thoroughly he checked the tumble dryer.. they was there ☺️ If you read this Harry, your a superstar ✨️ Thanks again for your continuous efforts into returning them 💙

Very nice hotel extremely well located for channel tunnel, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well appointed and extremely good value, noise levels were as expected for a hotel in this location not quiet but not too noisy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our server Evangeline in the restaurant was extremely personable, attentive and professional. The hotel seemed to have very good amenities although we just had an overnight stop on the way to the tunnel so did not sample everything.

Had an amazing Spa day, would like to give a special mention to Harry at the spa reception, after realising I’d left my necklaces in the dressing gown that was provided, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find them not even knowing how sentimental they where to me, such an amazing young man, the whole day which included afternoon tea was just perfect 🤩

Came for a hen do, amazing place start to finish wonderful staff and so helpful, Harry at the spa was amazing went way up and beyond to find one of our hens necklaces which were very sentimental to her ans made her day him finding them, the treatments and afternoon tea was absolutely divine highly recommend and will be returning

I had a spa day with some friends and family for a hen day. One of our ladies had left 2 necklaces in the pocket of her robe which were of high sentimental value. She spoke with a lovely young man by the name of Harry who straight away searched for them and didn't stop until he found them. He could see from her expression they meant a lot to her. So a big thankyou Harry. You really went out of your way for our dear friend.

Overall it was a pleasant experience but we had three rooms and all were "a bit tired". I had the accessible shower room which had pipes not boxed in, the wash basin was too high and the water in the shower was tepid never warm. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean On our second night we were disturbed until the early hours by a wedding party banging doors and shouting in the passages.The breakfast could have been much better but there was obviously a shortage of staff as so much was not replenished. We had one evening meal which was very good. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and gym .

Lovely hotel, friendly, smiley staff. Breakfast to absolutely die for! If I lived in the UK I'd be there once a week! Comfortable room with aircon... bonus! Room a tiny, tiny bit worn around the edges but seriously, no complaints at all. Would happily stay again.
