Great hotel and very dog friendly. Room was large with comfortable bed. Staff are really friendly, WiFi great and a lovely breakfast.

My friend and i enjoyed a girlie spa weekend at Ashford International Hotel and Spa. Our package included one nights stay, dinner, breakfast and a 50 minute spa treatment, as well as full use of the spa facilities. It was a lovely get-away, with this hotel being so near Ashford Designer Outlet so we got our shopping fix in the morning before check in. Dinner was lovely, and our server Evangeline was very attentive. I requested no peppers in my meal but found it in the tomato mousse, and Evangeline changed the dish for me immediately. She also made sure our drinks were topped up and even chased the bar staff when we hadn't had our drinks delivered. Breakfast is a buffet / help yourself deal and they enough choice for everyone. This is probably the 3rd time I've been to this hotel over the years. The spa changing rooms are looking a bit tired but the rest of the hotel areas are clean and pleasant enough. I will probably come back again if the occasion called for it.

This was our first stay at the Ashford International and we were very pleased with the hotel, its facilities and all of the staff. Nikita was on surety behind the bar on all three evenings of our stay and we would like to say a special thank you to her for the way that she looked after us. We will definitely be returning.

Great spa break, evening meal was amazing. Our server Kaitlyn was very attentive and gave a great service.

Got a nights break via a charity, hotel is nice, rooms slightly dated but clean with majority of everything you need (No fridge, conditioner, cream etc) didnt use bar or restaurant tho they looked nice. Spa is nice, sauna, steam, pool & hottub. Ashford town is under 10min taxi (20min walk) with a good selection of bars/restaurants. 20min drive down to Folkstone which is lovely

Stayed for the weekend at the Ashford international hotel with my adult family. We had interlocking deluxe bedrooms. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Liked the fact there was free parking, that the beds had toppers and mattress protectors (very cosy sleep), there were robes for each guest and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. There was a full length ironing board in each room and tea/coffee available. WiFi was also very good. Dinner on the first night was very tasty and our server Evangeline was very attentive. The spa facilities were great - swimming pool, small jacuzzi steam room and sauna. There is also a gym and timetable for exercise classes so remember your gym clothes. There are lots of seats both inside and outside to sit and relax. Breakfast was also good with a cooked English breakfast available as well as cereal, fruit and pastries, hot drinks including hot chocolate and a selection of fruit juices. There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel so you need a car to get around and the hotel gives lots of information on places to visit. Things to improve: - we would definitely have benefitted from having a fridge in the rooms especially as the weather was so hot -My crème brûlée was delicious 😋 but didn’t come with the vanilla biscuit as described in the menu - the steam room wasn’t very hot when I visited it - there were no pancakes available at breakfast although this was listed on the menu All in all would visit again and recommend 😊

I had a great stay at the hotel. I found the staff to be really hospitable and friendly. Jack G in particular went above and beyond. Everyone was very hospitable with our dog as well.

Had an enjoyable stay at the Ashford International hotel and Spa. The hotel is very clean and to a modern finish. We had dinner in the restaurant and would recommend the lamb rump and the Biscoff cheesecake. We was well looked after by Evangeline and Sophia who went above and beyond to look after our table. I would recommend visiting and look forward to visiting again.

Had a lovely stay at the Ashford International and spa hotel. Our room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner, and the service was excellent. The servers Sophia and Evangeline went above and beyond to accommodate us at a table of our choice and regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay. A big shout-out to them both for their amazing service. Would definitely recommend visiting and look forward to returning.

Enjoyed our stay here. Got upgraded King room on ground floor which I would recommend. Room large and clean. Bed comfy. Bath/shower. Quiet. No road noise. Free parking. Only few minutes walk down steps from car park to Sainsburys which is very handy. Staff were friendly and helpful with our very late check in. Not over expensive. We were busy with family visits locally, so didn't use the restaurant or bar at all on our stay, hence can't comment on those facilities. Recommend No61 cafe near by for great food. Would I stay here again test? Yes definitely.

From the minute we arrived everything for our stay was perfect Lovely spacious room, evening meal & breakfast was excellent Waiting staff.. especially Evangeline, could not do enough for us We really enjoyed the spa facilities & outdoor terrace to relax Wonderful overnight stay 🤗

Great hotel. We had a wonderful waitress called Breeze and food runner called Ewan who served us in the restaurant. The food and service were brilliant.

Turned up 30 minutes early and was ok to check in. Charger for EV was easy to use also Room was spacious and a few nice things we were unaware of like complimentary drinks in the mini bar. The treatments were very good we had two 50 minute treatments. Massage and facial which was brilliant. The pool area was nice and we made usage of the sauna and steam room as well as jacuzzi. This evening we went for dinner in the horizon restaurant. We were served by a young lady named Breeze who was very attentive and bubbly. Only downside is we wanted to tip her but the systems wouldn’t let her add it on Overall a great day and visit.

Had a fabulous stay, very clean room, very easy parking. Oh my goodness the service in the restaurant was outstanding. Evangeline was incredible, I can be quite fussy and she was so accommodating and went above and beyond to please me. Will definitely be returning.

We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant and we were served by Evangeline, who went above and beyond for us, i have crohns which means i’m limited to what i can eat and she was so accommodating and helpful. This made the whole experience so welcoming. The meal was lovely. Would return again.

Had a great 2 night stay at the Ashford International, reception and bar staff were amazing. Shout out to Evangeline who was our waitress at dinner, very friendly and always had a smile on her face. We will definitely be back!
