Breakfast is served in The Horizon Restaurant from 6.30am - 9.30am weekdays and 7.30am - 10.30am on weekends. Guests looking to catch an early ferry or Eurostar train, can enjoy an early breakfast from 5am during school holidays.
 
Opening times for dinner are 6.30pm - 9.30pm.
 
Or, if you're just after a quick bite, the Quench Bar is the perfect place for relaxed morning coffees, light lunches, evening meals, and post-dinner drinks. 

There's no need to book a time, however, if there is a specific time you'd prefer to enjoy your breakfast, simply advise a member of our team at reception on check-in. 

We offer a range of tasty Vegetarian and Vegan dishes. Our menus show options with V = Suitable for Vegetarians and Ve = Suitable for Vegans. We also offer gluten-free meals. Our menus show options with GF = Gluten Free and GFA = Gluten Free Alternative Available.

Please note our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens or intolerance's may be present.

Good and comfy stay
Good and comfy stay for 1 night before getting the eurotunnel. Large comfy room. Good service at dinner in the restaurant. our waitress Evangeline was lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was average.

Pleasant experience
The meal in the restaurant was excellent. Starters were scallops and pate' We had Hake and Guinea fowl for our mains. Evangeline was our waitress and she made it a lovely evening for us. Nothing was rushed and she was very pleasant and worked hard.
Good Hotel for Night Away
A nice, clean and modern hotel. Room and bathroom were good. An excellent gym and a decent sized pool. We had food and drinks in the hotel bar which could do with some music. Drinks were expensive and perhaps some deals would make the bar busier. We used the hotel for an overnight stop on the way to Folkestone and was happy with our choice.
Excellent hotel and spa, very pleased
Beautiful location, expensive atmosphere, the beds are sooo comfy nice rooms For the money we spent it’s good value for money. Clean and tidy and gorgeous bathroom, quiet at night time and not loud in the day. We went to the restaurant on the first night, our server Evangeline was lovely and made sure we were completely taken care of, lovely food. The pool and hot tub are very nice, didn’t get a chance to use the spa treatments but would Totally recommend, if we didn’t live 5 hours away we would definitely come again.
Family get away
We stayed at the hotel for one night as a family of 5 we had a huge room which was great as not many hotels sleep 5. We were travelling on to Dover and on to Disneyland Paris. The hotel is in a great location we ate out at a nearby restaurant with shops nearby. We were able to charge our car overnight which was a huge plus for us! Breakfast was lovely and the kids ate free. The only negative was the kids couldn't swim after 7pm so we missed out on using the pool, other than that it was a lovely comfortable stay! Thankyou !
Good food and staff
Lovely helpful staff, room was great. Some breakfast staff could have realised guests are important, and the hot buffet was almost warm, but other than that there is a good selection.
A wonderful end to our holiday
A wonderful stay and a really nice stress free end to our holiday. We came back early from holiday to avoid the usual hassle post Brexit hassle of getting across the channel. After a hassle free channel crossing we arrived early afternoon and then used the lovely pool, then had a lovely cream tea, Then a wonderful massage (Maya was great) The evening meal was delicious and we were looked after absolutely amazingly by especially Akos and Breeze and also Euan. The room was nice and breakfast was lovely the next day. A lovely short break we will be back. Thank you
Great staff
Third time I have stayed this year. I checked in 10th August in the evening and the two ladies on reception were fantastic. Evangeline in the restaurant was lovely and made the effort to make us smile.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend! We had such a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel is fantastic for dog owners — our little Bonnie absolutely loved it and was made to feel so special. She even received her own little goody bag at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch and really shows how much they care about their four-legged guests. 🐾 Our room was lovely and spacious, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The hotel was also beautifully peaceful — we didn’t hear any noise from other guests in the evening, which made our stay even more relaxing. We love coming here and it’s quickly become one of our favourite places to stay. The friendly welcome, attention to detail, comfort and excellent dog-friendly facilities make it somewhere we would happily recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break. We will definitely be returning again — thank you for another fantastic stay! ❤️

We had a lovely stay, rooms were great, and we were given exceptional service from Evangeline in the restaurant.
Short stay
Stayed for two nights with my little daughter. Had a good time. Fewl little things, there were no sockets next to the bed, which is surprising, and the cupboard size was small for two.

Excellent stay, very comfortable and clean. Delicious meal in the restaurant. Our server, Evangeline was really helpful in explaining how the deal we had booked worked. Her level of attention and service was just right.

Fabulous food and service
We had a one night stay in the hotel on 9 July and in the evening of our stay we had dinner in the main restaurant. The food was delicious and our server, Evangeline, was both kind and helpful, which made the experience even better.
