Family get away
We stayed at the hotel for one night as a family of 5 we had a huge room which was great as not many hotels sleep 5. We were travelling on to Dover and on to Disneyland Paris. The hotel is in a great location we ate out at a nearby restaurant with shops nearby. We were able to charge our car overnight which was a huge plus for us! Breakfast was lovely and the kids ate free. The only negative was the kids couldn't swim after 7pm so we missed out on using the pool, other than that it was a lovely comfortable stay! Thankyou !
Good food and staff
Lovely helpful staff, room was great. Some breakfast staff could have realised guests are important, and the hot buffet was almost warm, but other than that there is a good selection.

Third time I have stayed this year. I checked in 10th August in the evening and the two ladies on reception were fantastic. Evangeline in the restaurant was lovely and made the effort to make us smile.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend! We had such a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel is fantastic for dog owners — our little Bonnie absolutely loved it and was made to feel so special. She even received her own little goody bag at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch and really shows how much they care about their four-legged guests. 🐾 Our room was lovely and spacious, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The hotel was also beautifully peaceful — we didn’t hear any noise from other guests in the evening, which made our stay even more relaxing. We love coming here and it’s quickly become one of our favourite places to stay. The friendly welcome, attention to detail, comfort and excellent dog-friendly facilities make it somewhere we would happily recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break. We will definitely be returning again — thank you for another fantastic stay! ❤️
A great stay on our way to Nederland.
We had a lovely stay, rooms were great, and we were given exceptional service from Evangeline in the restaurant.
Short stay
Stayed for two nights with my little daughter. Had a good time. Fewl little things, there were no sockets next to the bed, which is surprising, and the cupboard size was small for two.

Excellent stay, very comfortable and clean. Delicious meal in the restaurant. Our server, Evangeline was really helpful in explaining how the deal we had booked worked. Her level of attention and service was just right.

Fabulous food and service
We had a one night stay in the hotel on 9 July and in the evening of our stay we had dinner in the main restaurant. The food was delicious and our server, Evangeline, was both kind and helpful, which made the experience even better.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast. Lovely staff. My only criticism would be is, when the time comes replace with larger single beds. They were the standard 3 feet width but I could have done with another 6 inches.

We enjoyed our salmon meals in a bright and spacious dining room. Our charming server was Evangeline who provided excellent service with a delightful smile. Thank you
This hotel blew our minds
Absolutely fantastic meal from start to finish! The food was incredible — we had the steak, ham hock terrine, olives and pickled onions, scallops and honestly everything was so good. The flavours were spot on and we couldn’t fault a thing. A special shout-out to Breeze, our waitress, who was brilliant — friendly, attentive and made the whole experience even better. And Megan, our barmaid, was excellent too and looked after us wonderfully. Amazing food, fantastic service and a genuinely lovely atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The best massage from Mia in the Spa. And the lovely Breeze who looked after us in the restaurant. We will definitely return

We have had a lovely spa break, treatment was great and facilities were good. We had a delicious evening meal in the hotel, our server Evangeline was friendly, attentive and looked after us really well

Great experience
Such a lovely welcoming hotel. Our room was very clean, it was lovely to spend time in the bar before heading to the restaurant for food. All staff were very kind and Sophie, our waitress, couldn’t be more helpful (and knowledgeable) when we were discussing desserts. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning. I would also book the package which includes evening meal and breakfast as it just gives great value and is stress free from booking elsewhere. Sarah

Staff are always friendly and helpful. A lovely spa break, excellent value for money. Evening meal was very nice, it was busy but our waitress Breeze was attentive and welcoming.

Frequently Asked Questions

Guests are invited to use the Health Club facilities on a complimentary basis during their stay, between check-in at 3pm until check-out at 11am.

Access to the facilities is subject to availability and capacity at the time of use.

Spa treatments are available at an additional charge.

If you've booked a treatment with us, you'll be given a complimentary fluffy robe and towel to use for the duration of your spa experience, and slippers/flip flops can be purchased from the spa team on arrival. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring along your own footwear. 

Our treatments are suitable for people over the age of 16. We do not provide treatments for children under 16. 

A number of our spa packages include a delicious light lunch and a glass of Prosecco. Our menu changes regularly, but please call the spa on 01233 219 988 if you'd like further information. You can also upgrade to an indulgent Afternoon Tea if you'd like an extra treat.
