A very peaceful break set in a quiet location. The room standard was excellent, clean and spacious. It looked like the advertised photograph. Polite staff who cared about your time spent with them. Brilliant for a getaway and recharge weekend with full English, sauna and spa as described. Ashford Designer shopping village is very close by.

It was my partner’s birthday so we upgraded for a lost cost. The staff treated us so well and made an effort with free drinks and happy birthday dessert which was lovely

Great leisure facilities and a lovely relaxed seating area for food and drinks, tried the soup and sandwich combo which was delicious, but the best bit was the most awesome hot chocolate, lovely food, superb drinks and amazing service, thank you Courtney.

I often work from the Ashford International Hotel and meet with businesses associates here. It is a great space to work but also to relax. Courtney, Angelika, Akram and the team are fantastic... always friendly, polite and professional, ensuring I have everything I need .. and serving great coffee! Highly recommended.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, all the staff was extremely friendly - from front desk, cleaning team and bar/breakfast - specially because we were staying with our medical assistance dog. The breakfast had a lot of options.

Booked a spa break with my mum, the room was lovely and I really appreciated the upgrade and ground floor location. Bed was comfortable, shower / bath good. Our sleep was only spoilt by the lack of consideration by other guests late at night on night 2. We enjoyed our spa treatments, the relaxation room, sauna and steam room, sadly the jacuzzi was still closed. Pool looked good only downside was not enough seating. Had a lovely tasty dinner & wine on night 1 and afternoon tea on day 2. We found all the staff were friendly and attentive, even when stressed (this comment is aimed at some of the bar staff only). We would stay again.

Lovely time, very friendly staff and spa treatments were very relaxing. Only thing I would say is missing is a mini fridge in the room and the rooms are a little bit dated. Shame about the jacuzzi not being in use also, however we will definitely be coming back. Trish on reception was very helpful too.

I regularly stay at this hotel 3–4 nights per week for work and will recommend this hotel to my colleague. I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Breeze during a recent visit to the restaurant. A couple of weeks ago, I dined in and was genuinely impressed by how well Breeze handled what must have been an incredibly demanding shift. She was managing around 12 tables at once, without missing a beat, consistently delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service. It’s rare to see someone maintain such a high standard under that level of pressure. Breeze demonstrated excellent organizational skills, professionalism and a natural ability to keep guests feeling valued during a very busy service. She clearly has the capability to take on greater responsibility and I strongly believe she would be an outstanding candidate for a management role in the future. Nice quiet comfortable room in an easy to find hotel not far from Eurotunnel terminal. Breakfast was acceptable with fresh fruit and cereal that we wanted though no scrambled eggs were available.

Fantastic spa stay ! Great atmosphere and spotless rooms, comfortable beds above all the most relaxing massage. Was a little disappointed the jacuzzi was not working but still had an amazing experience, would not hesitate to recommend this place it is my 3rd visit and will be planning my next visit soon!

Fantastic place staff were amazing! Trish as front desk was so lovely accommodating us so helpful and polite kind, euwin sorry I may have spelt name wrong served us dinner first night and was exceptional with taking our order and looking after us. And finally Kelly was such a great person again looking after us at breakfast both nights we stayed exceptional service from all 3 can not fault them. The spa was amazing the lady’s were great! Superb place to go relax and unwind definitely would go back!!

We stayed at the Ashford international hotel as a family break over the Easter holidays and had a fantastic time there. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We loved sitting in the spacious, open lounge area which had great comfy sofas and individual areas to relax and enjoy as a family. The pool was a great size and the gym had full facilities. We had a meal in the restaurant which was delicious with great service. The breakfast had a fantastic choice on offer and such great value. Our hotel room was a great size and a good standard. We highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back to stay again - thanks!

I had a great time with friends for a spa trip to Ashford International! The staff was great, including Trish at reception, Ewan as a waiter in the restaurant, and Kelly in charge of the breakfast. The spa treatments were great and the hotel was nice overall. It was a very welcoming environment with couches and tables downstairs, and my friends and I enjoyed playing cards in the bar area in the evening. The food was good as well. I would definitely recommend it and come back again!
