Lovely place to stay. Polite, amazing and very helpful staff. Beautiful night sleep followed by a lovely massage and use of spa facilities. Had a special request on arrival and was fulfilled with no issues. Will 100% stay again, this time for longer!

We all enjoyed ourselves we had a lovely time, the staff where fantastic. We would recommend friends and family to a spa and stay.

Nikita was an absolute trooper in the Quench Bar she works so hard, is lovely to everyone and so helpful. She was running the bar so well I was so impressed, and I hope that her bosses recognise how good she is with the customers, and doing her job! Shes such a positive person and so good at her job!

very easy to get to and plenty of parking. seemed like a chilled out atmosphere like the seating area and the layout of it. rooms and public areas to be honest need some TLC but dont let this put you off all areas were clean. room was comfortable and having air con was advantaged. every member of staff we came into contact with was very helpful and polite I must mention Sophia who looked after us in the restaurant she was attentive and noticed and dealt with a problem with our starter quickly and affectively. we did not use any of the gym, pool etc. I would not have a problem with saying to anyone that asked that its somewhere I would stay again. just get the owners to spend some of their profit on the TLC

We came for an overnight spa break and had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant. We were served by Evangeline who provided amazing service. She was very friendly and made our meal extra special.

Wonderful location, quiet hotel. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, good mirrors and storage space. Food was ok!

Great hotel, the facilities, particularly the gym and swimming pool are excellent. The staff have all been super friendly and helpful, particularly Evangeline in the restaurant who has been my server twice, nothing was too much trouble for her. The only thing I’d change about the whole stay would be to add a plug socket to the bedside tables

Great front desk staff- room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant is great- Evangeline was our top notch waitress. Definitely would stay again!

Firstly, the honesty and integrity of the housekeeping team is exemplary. I left my watch in the bedside cabinet, and it was found wrapped up safe and collected the next day, so thank you. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by Natasha. Who helped me out on a couple of occasions and handed my watch back. The team in the spa was very polite and courteous, although the pool could do with being a couple of C warmer. we didn't eat in the restaurant but the breakfast was a really good spread, hot and fresh. The two rooms I booked were great, clean, warm, and a very good size tv, which was great. All I'm all one of the better experiences we've had as a family. Would definitely stay again

Friendly staff, great service. Comfortable room. Restaurant waitress Evangeline who serviced me on two nights was particularly outstanding and friendly. Japanese hair spa was amazing.

It was a great experience, Michelle at reception was extremely helpful, advised about booking dinner in the hotel, all that we asked for was no problem for her.

Evangeline and Imogen were superb, I arrived early but they were happy to seat me. Attentive and professional, the menu had a good range of food and some nice GF options which suited me. A very pleasant evening.

The waitresses serving dinner, Evangeline and Imogen, were both very friendly and helpful, and provided an excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashford International Hotel & Spa. The facilities were excellent, and everything was neat, clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making our stay very enjoyable. Overall, a lovely experience, and we would happily visit again. Highly recommended!

Lovely food in the restaurant. I had the scallops and confit duck, both delicious. Evangeline looked after me brilliantly throughout—warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. She made the meal special! Great spacious room, ample parking
