We stayed as a family of 4 for the weekend. Every element of our stay was great from check in to check out. No complaints from us. A shout out to Daniel in the restaurant who was very attentive and knowledgeable. A great stay. Thanks all.

6 night stay at Ashford-lovely Hotel, excellent service, everyone so pleasant to deal with, swimming pool was amazing

Evangeline was polite helpful had a smile, helped with menu choices, attention to detail and made my evening meal enjoyable.

It was such a nice little break away to watch the football! I usually go to a local pub but this place has a 24/7 bar so I thought I’d try it out and it didn’t support. With two big tvs playing the match and not to mention the bartender who was so hospitable and made me feel welcome even though I wasn’t staying the night! I believe her name was Nikita (I hope I spelled it right!) I recommend this to everyone and I will be back to book a stay!!

Had a really lovely meal and the service was great. Our server Breeze was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

We stayed at the Ashford international for our 1st anniversary with the 1 night spa break which included dinner and breakfast. Facilities were good and everything was usable in the swimming pool and saunas, there were children in the pool who were crying a lot so not so relaxing but if you want that go in the weekday. Room was lovely and we were given a bottle of champagne as a lovely extra. Meal the evening was lovely but the downside was the wait…. We spent 2hrs in the restaurant in total and didn’t even get a desert in that time as food was taking so long to arrive. We had great waitresses Sophia and evagalina with coloured hair I think was her name they were amazing! They were trying their absolute best to calm people and run between the kitchen and guests to get verification they deserve recognition from the team for the effort thank you! We had a great time apart from that but we were refunded part of our meal which was a lovely gesture Would defo recommend for a spa break!

Evangeline provided outstanding service throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face, making us feel genuinely welcome. Had a lovely meal during our stay, lamb rump was really good, nice sized portion. Loved that there were lots of gluten free options. Our waitress Evangeline was very attentive and friendly, as was the man who sat us, whose name we didn’t get.

Great stay overnight on either side of our trip to Europe! Always a friendly hello and made to feel welcome with our pooch!

We were met at the restaurant by evangeline who very politely seated us to a table, very professional asking if we wanted a pre starter whilst we were looking through the menu. In the perfect amount of time , she returned to take a drinks order at which time we ordered our food as well. All the food was very tasty and had been prepared and displayed very well. We were asked if everything was alright between courses and after we had finished. Polite and friendly service throughout . Definitely return.

Very enjoyable experience. We booked the spa break with a 25min treatment and dinner package included. Our waitress Evangeline offered superb service - thank you so much!
