The lady who cleaned our room tidied up nicely and put things away neatly as well as replenishing g our fridge and refreshments , thank you . Evangelina was very hospitable at dinner and dealt with our needs well. Thanks

Room was clean and spacious, facilities were clean and in good condition, the pool wasn't particularly busy, spa was amazing, Dinner was good, food cooked perfectly, our server Evangeline was attentive and didn't rush us, gave good recommendations for the dessert.

I was totally overwhelmed by the hospitality of staff, facilities, and the overall ambience of the hotel. I went for a family celebration and the staff at Ashford were made it extra special; they were courteous, friendly, and went overboard to accommodate me and my families needs. The room I stayed in was exquisite, extremely comfortable, and stocked with all sorts of goodies for guests. I loved the overall ambience of the hotel, it was warm, inviting, and exhilarating, all at the same time, and this was without checking out any of their spa facilities. My sincerest thanks to the wonderful team at Ashford for making our stay that extra special.

The reception staff were kind and very welcoming. The room was large and had everything we needed including a wardrobe, set of drawers and a good hairdryer. The food was amazing at the breakfast counter and staff were very friendly.

Thank you very much to the staff at the Ashford International Hotel for a wonderful stay. When we arrived, my Dad was having problems with his mobility. We were booked to stay on the 3rd Floor, (a member of the Team had taken our cases up to the room); Anyway, this was immediately changed to the 1st floor (our luggage was brought back down to us). Many thanks to Kayleigh and Team for sorting this, and then Kayleigh came back with a wheelchair to use (which we used for the first couple of days). The customer service from Kayleigh was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful. Thank you for helping to make our stay at the Ashford International very enjoyable. Hotel stopover onwards to Channel Tunnel. Food was good and waitress Evangeline was friendly and attentive. Overall a good experience

Took my friend here for her birthday. The most relaxing lovely experience. All the staff were fantastic. From the receptionist who welcomed up in. To the young ladies who did our treatments. Then the food was absolutely amazing. It was made even more special by Imogen and Chloe from the restaurant, as they gave my friend a lovely birthday torte and sang happy birthday to her. I would come back here in a heart beat for any occasion.

We had a nice stay! The hotel is nice, clean, quiet and rooms were very comfortable - good value for money Coffee in the cafe was good, food was average in both the restaurant and cafe All the staff were lovely especially Evangeline & Dan in the restaurant (and the two rays of sunshine on reception who’s names im not sure of - both ladies, one blonde and one brunette) Only downside is the pool isnt very nice - its more community centre than hotel spa honestly

We have had a lovely experience here. We started the day by having fit for business massages which were so relaxing. After that, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist Natasha who gave us all the room information we needed. Then we relaxed in the pool area. In the evening, we went to the restaurant and were served by Evangeline who was really friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing. Overall, we’d recommend this for anyone who wants a relaxing get away.

We stay every year and wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area. Our room rate included breakfast and an allowance for dinner which was more than enough. The menus had plenty of choice (although there could be more vegan choices). We had 2 rooms and asked for interconnecting which was perfect for us. The rooms are immaculate, have everything you need, really comfy beds and pillows. 10/10 as always. Thank you for a lovely stay

I had the sirloin steak and it was perfect. Lovely setting and the staff were great. I was served by Evangeline and she was very professional

Original room didn’t have a fridge, asked to move room. Staff moved my room without hesitation. Meals were great at both bar and restaurant. Service was good by Breeze & Euan. Use the hotel while in town for business. Would recommend.

Evening meal was delicious! Unfortunately breakfast was awful! Hash browns were dry and too crispy, mostly all the breakfast items were overcooked. Spa was amazing. Room was nice, but we didn’t sleep well. Doors slamming in corridor and people talking. Rooms aren’t soundproof at all unfortunately.

Location Great for family restaurant chains, supermarket, Cinema, M&S & B&M. the Atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed not overcrowded in the lounge areas, Rooms were of a good quality with Air-Con which was perfect for this heatwave. Value was very good given high season, Cleanliness was good to high in most areas including pool side and spa. Hotel noise level was low, we had guests with various diet requirements and these were always catered for. As we were a large party all the hotel staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable from hotel reception, bar, restaurant, house keeping and spa. We had a great extended family, birthday celebrations weekend. Thankyou to everyone.

Amazing hotel beautiful spa and the steak i ate was devine . Fantastic exsperiance the girl server in the restaurant Evangeline was absolute outstanding service looked after uz amazingly .
