We purchased a last minute two night spa break which we found to be exceptional value for money. Warm greeting in reception; clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. The included meal in the restaurant was of a high quality with great service received from Evangelina. Same in the bar - lovely barman with a friendly approach. Our spa treatments with Elemis products were fantastic too. Overall - left feeling energised so result achieved! Thanks to all.

I was lucky enough to have Evangeline as my server. She was absolutely amazing, friendly helpful, polite and even gave me a few giggles. She’s a credit to the company and definitely deserves the recognition :)

Lovely spa break! Nice clean, comforting room, spa facilities were great, nice hot sauna, decent size pool. Lacking in seating in the pool area and it was quite busy so my partner and I had nowhere to sit. But apart from that it was good. The facial we had was great, lovely products used and my skin was left soft and glowing. The meal in the restaurant was delicious, we were served by Evangeline who was really friendly, attentive and super helpful! Would definitely stay again but probably a weekday as it would hopefully be a bit quieter in the pool/spa area.

Had a lovely stay, the spa facilities were okay, but it was quite crowded. The dinner and service was phenomenal, especially by our lovely waitress Evangeline :)

The hotel staff make this Hotel. The only reason it gets a 4 star review from me is the terrible breakfast. On another day we may have got lucky and stumbled across fresh produce on the buffet but hey ho. Much more important was the human touch . From Reception through to the lovely ladies at the Spa, service was perfection.

We have stayed at this hotel before, and every time we visit the staff are always super friendly and accommodating. I stayed on a spa break, so used the spa facilities and stayed the night. If I remember rightly, Natasha checked me in, and she was so warm and welcoming. We even received a room upgrade which was much appreciated. As always we will return.

The restaurant was extremely busy but despite this, Evangeline our waitress ensured we were very well looked after. She brought warmth and professionalism to our stay. Overall a pleasant stay and I shall likely return. The hotel is tired in places but the team are helpful and smiley.

We were a 3 generation family of 10 people in total; celebrating a 80th birthday and a golden wedding anniversary. We all loved the plentiful breakfast. The choices were simply incredible. Dinner on the Friday evening was delicious with good choices for the kids. Sadly the service was incredibly slow as most of the time was only one lady on duty in the dining room. She was incredible, did her best and stayed so calm and polite. Well done her. The situation was not her doing. Other staff attended a large group in the breakfast area. We all enjoyed the swimming pool. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working properly. Only one jet at the foot level worked slightly, the water didn’t bubble up at all. When we stayed in January, there was already an issue with it. A pity there is still a problem. I must comment on the staff. Every single one was polite, helpful, joyful and courteous. No exception! We shall be back.

Lovely hotel in a great location and so easy to get to from the M20. Nice bright and clean rooms. lovely leisure facilities and we enjoyed a great breakfast in the restaurant.

Great weekend with friends. Delicious food, and friendly, efficient service.

Lovely stay here, first time away with my two young boys as a single mum. Receptionists were very friendly, rooms clean, swimming pool perfect as it had child friendly times, and in particular the restaurant was amazing, our server Evangeline was so kind to my boys, really went out her way to make them laugh and keep them comforted with waiting for food which really helped me. Will definitely be returning!

We all enjoyed our 4 night stay being part of a group of 40 friends plus our coach driver. Comfortable and clean rooms and comfortable seating in the public areas, quite well appointed though a fridge in the room would have been nice. Very nice staff, from our reception on arrival to our departure. Slight mix up with two of the rooms sorted as soon as possible, a few minor problems in the rooms sorted by maintenance very quickly. The food was good, the staff in the dining rooms so helpful and pleasant, particular mentions to Dan and James. Akos very efficient. The hotel was very busy both with guests staying there, at least one other group besides ourselves, and outside events, but nothing too much trouble for the lovely staff. Only comment would be that the hotel seemed at times to be short staffed in the dining room so on a couple of occasions the wait for courses or for breakfast items/crockery/cutlery to be refilled was a while but the staff on duty worked so hard to overcome this. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if ever we were in the area.
