Great experience
Such a lovely welcoming hotel. Our room was very clean, it was lovely to spend time in the bar before heading to the restaurant for food. All staff were very kind and Sophie, our waitress, couldn’t be more helpful (and knowledgeable) when we were discussing desserts. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning. I would also book the package which includes evening meal and breakfast as it just gives great value and is stress free from booking elsewhere. Sarah
Great food
My wife and I, had dinner in the Ashford International Hotel restaurant, the service from all of the team, especially Sophia was exceptional. The food was very good (The steak pie stood out the most) everything was hot and tasty. The servers gave us time between courses to chat and enjoy the atmosphere in the busy restaurant.

Ashford international hotel gym and spa is very good
The spa and gym here is excellent. The gym is managed and run by Linda, an approachable, kind hearted and professional person, always willing to help. The spa is run by Rhianna also brilliant and her job, and always willing to help in any way. They both make the experience enjoyable. And the gym is well equipped and the pool is very good.
Always a smooth start to our driving tours
I regularly bring a group to the hotel as the launch night for our European driving holidays. We are always very well looked after - especially by Kayleigh and Trish, who are brilliant. Nothing is ever a problem. Thank you to all the team. Rob, Rico Rally

Great 2 days
A group of 6 of us booked a dinner bed and breakfast package for 2 nights. Everything was excellent - comfy beds in spotlessly clean rooms. Food experience was superb - I honestly don't believe that I've had a better cooked breafast anywhere. Could we give particular mention of Evangeline, Breeze and Chloe in the restaurant who gave such attentive service.
Great birthday weekend away!
What a lovely hotel with great facilities, good customer service and we were chosen as the guest of the day! We received a room upgrade and 2 free drinks! The beds were very comfortable, room was clean, nice spa facilities and great food! Definitly value for money and would come back!

Bonus was an excellent meal served by a delightful lady, Evangeline. Excellent, very helpful staff throughout our comfortable stay.
Restaurant Experience.
The Rooms at The Ashford International Hotel was lovely. What was especially nice was having dinner in the restaurant our server Sophia was really attentive and professional. I would give Sophia 5 stars, a job really well done to Sophia.
Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, room was clean and staff were very friendly. Great value for money with the flash sale prices. Breakfast was nice, but a little slow on making sure plenty of food was out - they ran out of a few food items so there was a bit of waiting for those. Also, a lot of the bowls were dirty. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay!

A delicious meal, beautifully presented. The menu selection offers a good range of choices. There was a lovely, relaxed and comfortable vibe in the restaurant with professional and friendly service from a great team; in particular, a cheerful welcome and great table service from Evangeline. Thanks for a lovely evening everyone!

We had a lovely evening here for my mum's birthday ⭐ the Staff Evangeline , Chloe and Dan were excellent! Funny and great service. thank you !
Restaurant staff
Had a meal in the restaurant and had 2 waitresses serving us. One, - Chloe has said she was new but done a fantastic job not only with us but from what we over heard of her serving family’s with children as well, she was fantastic, And Evangeline was attentive and polite throughout. Both are a credit to the restaurant team and gave fantastic customer service!

Lovely hotel, perfect place for a wedding anniversary break. Food was excellent. Special mention for Evangeline, our server, who was attentive and helpful. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the awful coffee served at breakfast!
Perfect weekend getaway with my friends!
Perfect relaxing weekend getaway with my friends! The spa was relaxing, the rooms are clean and cool, the food was amazing and a special thanks to our lovely server Breeze who ensured we had a wonderful evening and also catered to our halal requirements.
Very good overall experience
A friend and I booked in overnight to treat ourselves. We used Woucher. The twin room was very good, although some dust found. We used the swimming pool which was small, but not too busy. Not enough private changing areas for me. However, the hotel staff were friendly and so helpful. The food was very good - cream tea on arrival - and in the rrstaurant in the evening. The service was very good throughout. We choose the buffet breakfast which was ok but I would do table service from the menu if visiting again. Exceptional staff include Sophia in the restaurant and Nikita at the bar - both made our stay delightful - thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions

Guests are invited to use the Health Club facilities on a complimentary basis during their stay, between check-in at 3pm until check-out at 11am.

Access to the facilities is subject to availability and capacity at the time of use.

Spa treatments are available at an additional charge.

If you've booked a treatment with us, you'll be given a complimentary fluffy robe and towel to use for the duration of your spa experience, and slippers/flip flops can be purchased from the spa team on arrival. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring along your own footwear. 

Our treatments are suitable for people over the age of 16. We do not provide treatments for children under 16. 

A number of our spa packages include a delicious light lunch and a glass of Prosecco. Our menu changes regularly, but please call the spa on 01233 219 988 if you'd like further information. You can also upgrade to an indulgent Afternoon Tea if you'd like an extra treat.
