Evangeline was a great waitress, good experience

Wonderful stay for a spa night. We were chosen as guests of the day so kindly were given a room upgrade. Very large! & the perfect temperature from the heatwave we were having. Used the spa facilities where we were given relaxing massages and came out feeling calm. The pool, steam room and jacuzzi were perfect ( didn’t try the sauna as so hot. Included dinner gave us a good choice from the menu followed by delicious ice cream. The breakfast also had everything one could wish for. ALL the staff were wonderful from the reception desk, leisure desk, spa and restaurant. Many thanks to all of you for making Angela’s birthday and our break so special

Overall an excellent business experience with 30 customers but a huge shout-out must go to Jack P - what a superstar that young man is - he supported our evening business event in such a professional, caring and supportive way, nothing was too much trouble for him, always smiling and attentive - thank you Jack for your amazing help on Wednesday evening you are a huge asset to the team at AIH and if you continue to grow you have a great future ahead of you - well done

Great service from waitress’s Evangeline , Chloe and Nancy, Great food ( didn’t meet chef) . Happy with rooms ( we booked 2. One for us and 1 for mother-in-law. Good value

Perfect location for visiting Ashford International outlet mall and the spa is a bonus. Very clean, calm and spacious rooms with a lovely atmosphere. Have stayed here a few times with family and highly recommend. All staff are polite and helpful and the breakfast as well as food in the bar, is good quality and tasty. Thank you x

We had the most wonderful stay at Ashford International Hotel as a birthday treat, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations from start to finish. The first surprise came as soon as we checked in, I was chosen as the Customer of the Day! We were treated to two complimentary drinks and a room upgrade, which was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that made my birthday feel even more special. I also want to mention the lovely lady on reception. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but she was so kind and helpful. The day before our stay, I visited the hotel to ask about booking the spa package, which included spa access, dinner, and breakfast, and she took the time to explain everything and made the whole process so easy. It’s a shame I can’t remember her name, but I’m sure she’ll recognise herself if she reads this, thank you for your fantastic customer service! The couples’ spa experience was amazing. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room, and everything was clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely our couples’ spa treatment. It was incredibly relaxing, and both my husband and I left feeling completely refreshed. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, our upgraded room was comfortable and beautifully presented, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming. This stay made my birthday one to remember, and we left already talking about coming back. We would highly recommend Ashford International Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing spa break or a special getaway. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable, we’ll definitely be back!

What a lovely evening we had here, great room… spotlessly clean…lovely pool, our evening meal was delicious, Vietnamese style soft shell crab and blue cheese pannacotta (2 starters ) can’t eat a main meal, partner had fish and chips… it was huge The staff were exceptional, Imogene our waitress was en pointe, not too intrusive she was just excellent excellent, breeze the waitress looked after our wine choices … Akos was an interesting guy to chat to and very helpful. All in all the three staff made an enjoyable evening for us. Will definitely be back

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and as usual the reception staff were welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable. Natasha on reception was particularly helpful when we were trying to find somewhere to walk our dog locally.
