We are delighted to confirm your Spa Experience at Ashford International Hotel & Spa and we are looking forward to your visit.
Prior to your arrival, a member of our spa team will contact you to run through your booking and answer any questions you may have about your visit. Payment details will also be taken at this time but no payment will be made prior to arrival.

Your arrival
We recommend that you arrive 30-minutes prior to your spa experience. Please be advised that should you arrive late this could result in a loss of treatment time. On arrival follow signs to The Spa.
For guests on a Spa Day Experience, robe and towel will be provided on arrival. Swimsuits are required for use in our Health Club facilities. Flip-Flops available for purchase at the spa reception. Alternatively, please bring appropriate footwear.
Our Serenity, Indulgence & Ultimate Spa Day Experiences include a light lunch and a glass of prosecco. Why not add on Afternoon Tea to enhance your visit, please contact the spa to add this to your package 48hrs prior to arrival. Click here to view our onsite bar and restaurant.
Please also make us aware of any allergies or dietary requirements you may have prior to your arrival so that we can ensure that we can brief our food & beverage team accordingly.
Spa Vouchers
If you are using a voucher for your spa experience, please email a copy of this to us prior to your arrival and we ask that you also have your voucher available when you attend your experience. Please ensure all third-party vouchers are activated prior to arrival, if your voucher is not presented on the day you will be liable to pay for your spa experience.
Spa at Home
To continue your regime, all Elemis products used in treatments are available to purchase. Your therapist will recommend the best home routine for you to get optimum results.
Spa Etiquette
Some of the treatments that are offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. In some instances, a doctor’s note may be required for us to be able to carry out the treatment. If any member of your party is pregnant, had surgery within 6 months or is suffering from any medical condition please let us know prior to your day as this may alter your treatment options.
We are a private Health Club facility which welcomes families and children around the poolside. The Health Club team will endeavour to keep the pool environment tidy and will remove towels or belongings left unattended for over 30 minutes, with that in mind, we kindly request that poolside loungers are not reserved.
Your Spa experience is a chance for you to relax and enjoy a digital escape and leave your mobiles devices in your lockers, which are provided. Our Spa Day Experiences are limited to 4-hours.
