Our Health Club Class Timetable

We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club. Find out more below about the classes that are available. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.

Monday:

6pm - 7pm: Vibe 

Vibe cycle is all about great music, good energy and having fun - Don't just ride, Feel the Vibe!

6pm - 7pm: Pilates

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

7.30pm - 8.15pm: Power Hoop

Powerhoop is a weighted hoop workout which challenges the core, creating a firmer, more stable torso. The class combines, hooping and toning exercises to give you a whole body workout.

Tuesday:

9.15am - 10.15am: Pilates

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

6pm - 7pm: Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

7.15pm - 8pm: Spin

Cycling class indoors using endurance to build up a sweat.

7.15pm - 8pm: Yoga

A class that focuses on flexibility and range of movement. Breathing is synchronised with movement to bring a mediative element.

Wednesday:

9.30am - 10.15am: Grove it Fit

Groove-it Fit classes combine cardio & toning dance fitness moves in a formula that promotes faster fat burn & improved fitness levels.

10.30am - 11.5am: Grove it Fit & Flow

Groove-it Fit & Flow classes flow through Barre, Yoga & Pilates inspired movements. It is the ultimate workout for long, lean & flexible muscles.

6pm - 6.45pm: Vibe

Saturday:

9.30am - 10.30am: Pump

A full body progressive workout using a barbell and weighted plates.

10.30am - 11.30am: Fitness Pilates

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

Sunday:

9.30am - 10.30am: Yoga

A class that focuses on flexibility and range of movement. Breathing is synchronised with movement to bring a mediative element.
