Our Health Club Class Timetable

We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club. Find out more below about the classes that are available. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.

Please Note:

Spin & Vibe Classes will be held in our Spin Studio, all other classes will be in the Eden Room. Please come dressed ready for your class as the changing rooms will not be available for use before or after classes.

Time is left before and after Aqua classes for use of the changing rooms, please adhere to distancing in the changing rooms

Face coverings are required to be worn around the hotel but can be removed for exercise.

Sanitizer and Alcohol wipes will be available for use. Please keep your distance from one another.

All classes must be booked online through memberzone and are available to book 7 days in advance

Monday:

10:30 - 11:30 Legs, Bums & Tums with Tanya

11:40 - 12:15 Aqua with Tanya

18:00 - 19:00 Vibe with Betul

18:00 - 19:00 Pilates with Lesley

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

18:30 - 19:30 Power Hoop with Lisa

Powerhoop is a weighted hoop workout which challenges the core, creating a firmer, more stable torso. The class combines, hooping and toning exercises to give you a whole body workout.

 

Tuesday:

9:15 - 10:15 Pilates with Tanya

18:00 - 19:00 Legs, Bums & Tums with Sally

Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

19:15 - 20:00 Spin with Sally

Cycling class indoors using endurance to build up a sweat.

 

Wednesday:

9:30 - 10:15 Grove it Fit with Lisa

Groove-it Fit classes combine cardio & toning dance fitness moves in a formula that promotes faster fat burn & improved fitness levels.

10:30 - 11:15 Grove it Fit & Flow with Lisa

Groove-it Fit & Flow classes flow through Barre, Yoga & Pilates inspired movements. It is the ultimate workout for long, lean & flexible muscles.

18:00 - 18:45 Vibe Cycle with Ellie

Vibe cycle is all about great music, good energy and having fun - Don't just ride, Feel the Vibe!

18:40 - 19:15 Aqua with Betul
